Terms of Service

By using Prime Tanki in any way, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Prime Tanki.

Acceptance

You accept these Terms when you visit our website, download or play the game, reserve a nickname, create an account, join any of our channels (Discord, forum or social media), make a purchase, or send us anything. Our Privacy Policy and EULA are part of these Terms.

Age

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.

Accounts, nicknames and clans

• All accounts, nicknames, clans, clan names and clan tags belong to Prime Tanki. You only have the right to use them, for as long as we allow it.
• We alone decide who may use any nickname, clan name or clan tag. Using one first, or for a long time, gives you no claim to it.
• We may change, remove, take back or give to another player any account, nickname, clan, clan name or clan tag, and change a clan's leader or members, at any time, for any reason, without notice and without compensation.
• Our decision on any account, name or clan is final.
• We decide how many accounts one person may have, and we may change that limit at any time. We may close any extra account, or free its nickname, whenever we choose.
• You may not sell, buy, share or give away an account, a nickname or a clan.
• You are responsible for everything done on your account. Keep your password secret.
• A reserved nickname must be confirmed by email and claimed by the deadline. Otherwise it is released.
• You may ask us to delete your account. Deletion is permanent.

Virtual items

Crystals, Prime Tokens, Premium, containers and all other items belong to Prime Tanki and have no monetary value. You cannot sell, trade or cash them out. We may change or remove them at any time, without compensation.

Purchases

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, including voluntary support.
• Purchases are delivered to your account immediately. By completing a purchase, you agree that the right to cancel ends once delivery begins.
• Refunds are not given for bans, game changes or a change of mind.
• Refunds are only ever an exception, decided case by case at our discretion. We consider one only if you contact us first and the PT from that purchase was never delivered or never used. PT that has been spent is never refunded.
• Disputing a purchase through your bank or card provider results in a permanent ban.
• If a purchase is not delivered, contact us and we will resolve it.

Rules

Play fair and treat people with respect. Friendly trash talk is part of the game. Abuse is not.

Fair play. You must not:

• cheat, or use bots, hacks, scripts, macros, or modified game files or clients;
• use bugs or exploits for any advantage. Report them instead;
• power level, boost or rank up any account in any way other than normal play;
• manipulate scores, results, ratings or leaderboards, for example by pushing points, fixing battles, letting someone win, farming kills or flags, or staying idle in battle for rewards;
• farm or move crystals or items between accounts;
• use more than one account (multi-accounting) to gain an advantage, including in the same battle.

Accounts. You must not:

• share your account, let anyone else play on it, or play on anyone else's;
• sell, buy or trade accounts, crystals or items outside the game;
• use another account to get around a mute or a ban.

Behaviour. You must not:

• insult, harass, threaten or bully anyone;
• use slurs, or attack anyone for their race, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality or disability;
• post sexual, hateful or illegal content;
• spam, flood, scam or advertise;
• pretend to be staff or another player;
• leak anything private, or share anyone's personal information.

Helping someone break a rule is breaking it too. This list is not complete: anything we consider cheating, unfair or harmful to the game or its players is against the rules, even if it is not written here. We alone decide what breaks the rules.

What we can do. If we decide a rule was broken, we may, on any account involved and any linked account:

• warn, mute, suspend or permanently ban it;
• roll back or reset its progress, rank, crystals, items, stats or ratings;
• cancel battle results, rewards, prizes and tournament places;
• block it from chat, battles, clans, tournaments, the shop or any other part of the game;
• apply any other penalty we see fit.

When an account is blocked or banned, everything on it is lost, including its Prime Tokens (PT), Premium, crystals and items, bought or earned. Nothing is refunded or moved to another account.

We choose the penalty and how long it lasts, with or without a warning or notice, and without compensation or refund. Our decision is final.

Bans

We may mute, suspend or ban any account, and any linked account, at any time and at our own discretion. We do not have to show our evidence. A ban carries no right to a refund. Chat is not private: we may read it to enforce these Terms. To ask for a review of a ban, contact us within 6 months.

What you send us is ours

Everything you send or give to Prime Tanki, its staff or its helpers, and everything you make for the project, becomes our property completely and forever, the moment you send or make it. This includes ideas, suggestions, bug reports, art, maps, skins, sounds, translations and code. We may use, change or sell it without credit or compensation. You give up every claim to it. This applies to everyone, with or without a helper role.

Helpers and staff

Helper roles are voluntary and carry no compensation unless agreed in writing. A role does not make you an employee. You must keep everything you learn in the role private, during and after it. We may remove any role at any time, for any reason.

Creators

Creator links, codes, tiers and rewards belong to Prime Tanki and may change at any time. Only real players count as referrals. Fake, self-made or bought referrals are cancelled, together with their rewards. Financial rewards are offered only to selected creators, on terms agreed in writing. You must tell your audience that you receive rewards. We may remove any creator at any time.

Videos and channels

You may stream and post videos of the game. Do not present them as official, and do not show cheats or leaks. These Terms also apply on our Discord, forum and all our other channels.

Ownership

The game, website, name, logo, art and code of Prime Tanki belong to us.

No guarantees

Prime Tanki is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise of any kind. You use it at your own risk.

• We do not promise that the game, the website or any service will work, be available, be free of bugs, or stay the same.
• Servers may go down, and progress, items, Prime Tokens (PT), purchases or whole accounts may be rolled back, reset or lost, for any reason. We do not have to restore them or compensate you.
• We are not responsible for other players, for third-party services, or for anything that happens to your device, files or connection.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind from using or not being able to use Prime Tanki, direct or indirect, including lost data, progress, items, PT or profits. If we are ever found responsible, our total responsibility is limited to the value of your purchases in the last 3 months.

If your use of Prime Tanki or a breach of these Terms leads to any claim, loss or cost against us, you agree to cover it.

Changes

We may change the game or these Terms, or close Prime Tanki, at any time and without notice. If you keep playing after a change, you accept it. We may close any account that breaks these Terms.

Disputes

Before any complaint or claim, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve it.
